What can you report?

Fake listings or incorrect photos
Suspicious activity or communication
Information that violates laws or regulations

How do you report something?

By email. Send a message to: helpdesk@casarento.com (preferably with a link to the relevant listing and a brief explanation).

What happens after your report?

We will review your report carefully.
If needed, we will contact the host.
In serious or repeated cases, the listing may be taken offline (temporarily).
If removed, we will inform the host, with the option to appeal.
You will receive a follow-up if you have provided an email address.
Your report will be treated confidentially and used only for internal follow-up.
